Before we cover our next strategy for Reviving Non-Producing Agent Before They Quit I would like to focus on the implementation.
Implementation is the process of putting a strategy into effect.
Implementation is also the reason why most great strategies forever remain as ideas.
We have so much knowledge, resources, and best practices. However, the complexities of implementation and distribution prevent the knowledge transfer from brokers to agents.
The purpose of this article is to demonstrate how modern technology aids the implementation and distribution of knowledge across the brokerage.
1. Idea
I’m sure you have plenty of ideas for agent training & coaching that could drive productivity among your agents.
Maybe you have a lead gen strategy that’s been working really well for your top producers that you would like to share with all your agents
Maybe you would like to launch a Zillow Flex training for agents to complete before getting access to Zillow leads
Maybe you have an SOI prospecting challenge or competition in mind that could help agents fill their funnel
Maybe you pay for an expensive real estate coach and simply want to put all the knowledge and best practices to use

2. Implementation

Most of the training & coaching used to be a black box. You put something in but you have no idea what happens afterwards. Did it work? Was there any positive business outcome?
Technology is changing this. Technology is giving you visibility.
You can now see in real-time how your agents are executing on the goals you’ve set or the training you assigned.
This can be manually tracked OR this data can be sourced directly from the CRM.
Simply set up CRM integration inside your Agently account to have full visibility into actions taken by agents inside the CRM (dials, leads added, appointments set, texts & emails sent etc).
4. Ongoing Communication
Tracking alone is not going to move the needle either.
Let’s not assume that all agents will jump at executing. It is not how it works in the world of 1099 contractors.
We need the ability to communicate with different agents based on their progress.
We should be able to recognize and celebrate those who are on track or have successfully completed their training or coaching (hosted an open house and generated some leads).
We should also be able to reach out to agents who have failed to take action by sending them a reminder.
